I'm Stewart Flaherty
I moved to the USA in 2005 to chase my passion of coaching Soccer, I currently work as a scout and analyst in the USL Championship after coaching Michigan Stars to the NISA championship in 2022.
I don't have a flashy playing to career to impress you with and it took me 17 years of work to win the NISA. I believe that lack of glamorous background has been my biggest strength and I started Erimus Soccer to help coaches in the place I was in almost two decades ago. Looking for a way to climb and follow that dream.
I graduated with a Master's Degree in Sport Psychology and started a consultancy that now includes MLS players, UFC fighters and professional Boxers among its clients.
My path has included all three divisions of college soccer and professional after beginning in the high school and youth ranks. Wherever you are, I can help you raise a level from personal experience.
